I have no statutory or other functions relating to the provision or effectiveness of fire fighting services at airports.
Section 14 of the Irish Aviation Authority Act 1993, vests responsibility in the authority for giving effect to certain annexes of the convention of the International Civil Aviation Organisation relating to the matter referred to in the Deputy's question.
