108 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress of plans for the Bon Secours to build a private hospital on the grounds of Limerick Regional Hospital; when the construction of the hospital will commence; and the date the hospital will open. [23951/99]
I am aware that discussions are in progress between the Mid-Western Health Board and the Bon Secours in relation to the proposed private hospital. My Department is not directly involved in those discussions and is awaiting a progress report from both parties on particular issues it has raised with them relating to the proposal.
