I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Financial Motions by the Minister for Finance shall be debated for not longer than the times indicated as follows in each case, and the proceedings thereon, if not previously concluded, shall, in the case of each Resolution and any amendments thereto, be brought to a conclusion by one question which shall be put from the Chair:
Resolution Nos. 1 and 2: 70 minutes (of which the time allocated for Resolution No. 1 shall not exceed 30 minutes)
Resolution Nos. 3 and 4: 70 minutes (of which the time allocated for Resolution No. 3 shall not exceed 30 minutes).
