117 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the average time for processing Land Registry applications for counties Mayo, Galway, Roscommon, Leitrim and Sligo; and the number of applications outstanding for each of these counties. [27481/99]
