Ceist:

775 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Education and Science if the case of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford relating to a higher education grant will be approved on the basis of the income figures as accepted by the Revenue Commissioners which are below the income limit. [1769/00]

I regret that the information requested by the Deputy is not available at present because of an industrial dispute in my Department. I will arrange to have the information forwarded to the Deputy.
