208 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) in County Cork had his application for additional milk quota to the tribunal considered at the recent sitting of the tribunal on 2 November 1999; and, if so, the outcome in this regard. The Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal considered an application for additional quota from the person in question at its meeting on 21 January 2000 and an allocation was recommended. The person named has been notified of the outcome of his application.
