252 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will receive an appointment date for surgery in Naas General Hospital; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2982/00]
The responsibility for scheduling surgical procedures in this case rests in the first instance with Naas General Hospital. I have, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to investigate the matter as a matter of urgency and to reply directly to the Deputy.
