Ceist:147 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children when funding will be made available for the provision of a health centre at Kilmanagh, County Kilkenny. [4547/00]
Written Answers. - Health Centres.
The provision of health centres in County Kilkenny is a matter, in the first instance, for the South Eastern Health Board. I have been advised by that board that agreement has now been reached for an extension, funded by the South Eastern Health Board, to be built to the Kilmanagh community resource centre which will be used as a health centre. Planning permission is currently being sought and it is expected that the development will be completed by the end of the summer.
