Ceist:

192 Ms Cooper-Flynn asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if a second car testing centre will be provided in County Mayo in view of the fact many motorists have to travel more than 30 miles to get to the centre which is located in Westport. [5564/00]

I refer to the reply to Questions Nos. 518 and 572 of 26 January 2000.

There are already two permanent test centres located in County Mayo, at Westport and Ballina.
