Ceist:

50 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Finance the latest position in the Circuit Court appeal (details supplied) being taken by the Revenue Commissioners against the decision of the Appeals Commissioner in the case which was the subject of Private Notice Questions on 16 December 1998; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the case has been set down for a full rehearing before a Circuit Court judge in the four day period commencing on Tuesday 4 April 2000.
