301 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a replacement garda has been appointed to a station (details supplied) in County Limerick following the retirement of a member of the Garda recently. [6262/00]
The detailed allocation of Garda personnel to an individual area is a matter for the Garda authorities, who have informed me that the allocation of a garda to the station referred to in the question will be addressed as extra resources become available and in view of competing policing demands in other districts-divisions nationwide.
