203 Mr. D. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received a request from Clare County Council to approve a compulsory purchase order on 150 acres owned by an organisation (details supplied) at Ballyduffbeg, Inagh, County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A compulsory purchase order for the area to which the Deputy refers has not been submitted to my Department by Clare County Council.
