85 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Health and Children the representations, if any, made to Beaumont Hospital in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7 who has been waiting since 5 January 1999 for an intensive care bed in order that a hernia operation can take place; the date for this operation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
