Dublin Corporation submitted an application on 31 August 1999 requesting my consent to the compulsory acquisition of 617 Clonard Road, Dublin 12, under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990. Processing of this application has reached an advanced stage in my Department and I will give my decision on the matter shortly.
