207 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if the case of persons (details supplied) in Dublin 22 will be independently assessed in order to ensure that the matter is dealt with in the most appropriate and proper manner. [8577/00]
The Deputy will appreciate that it is not appropriate to comment in detail on individual cases such as this. I have asked the regional chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to investigate the position in relation to this case and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
