30 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the amount allocated by this country for the relief in Mozambique arising from the recent disastrous floods; the plans, if any, he has to increase the allocation in view of the appalling devastation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
