Ceist:113 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will arrange for the issue of deeds for Land Commission land to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [9568/00]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
My Department has no record of an allotment being made to the person named. However, there is record of allotments to two people of the same surname in the townland in question. Both of these allotments were vested in April 1994 and the documents necessary for registration are lodged in Land Registry under schedule 92474.
