432 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if a decision can be given on the school transport appeal of two persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the fact the case is with his Department for some time. [10795/00]

The school transport section of my Department is examining the matter. The Deputy will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
