140 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if companies (details supplied) have presented their report in relation to the future development of Coillte; if Donadea Forest Park, County Kildare, will remain available to the public either through a transfer to Dúchas or Kildare County Council; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Mr. Fahey):

The consultants' report on the corporate development of Coillte Teoranta is being published today. I am circulating the report widely to sectoral interests and inviting comments within two months. Copies are also being made available to Oireachtas Members.

The issue of public access to forests can be considered in the light of the report.
