145 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources his views on the report into the options for the corporate development of Coillte Teoranta which advises continuing State ownership for five years at least; if it addresses public access to State parks such as Donadea Forest Park, County Kildare; the plans, if any, he has to ensure that Donadea Forest Park is transferred into the ownership of Dúchas; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Ceist:

158 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he will co-operate with the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands with a view to ensuring the availability for future generations of the facilities and buildings at Donadea national park, County Kildare; if discussions have taken place in this regard; the extent to which agreement has been reached; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13162/00]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 145, 156, 157 and 158 together.

I recently published the report of the consultancy study carried out by AIB Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch on the corporate development of Coillte Teoranta. Copies of the report have been made available to all Members of the House. I have also circulated the report widely to sectoral interests for their comments. I will consider the report further in light of comments received.

The consultants' report relates to the identification and evaluation of the appropriate options for the corporate development of Coillte Teoranta. The report does not deal with the specific question of the future use of Donadea Forest Park. This is a day to day operational issue for Coillte Teoranta.
