303 Ms Clune asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if he has received an application for funding from Cork Corporation for refurbishment of the Douglas and Churchfield swimming pools; the closing date for applications under the swimming pool programme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There is no proposal from Cork Corporation in my Department to refurbish Churchfield and Douglas swimming pools under the swimming pool programme, which is still open for applications for new pools, although resources are obviously limited.
