Ceist:

105 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when he intends announcing Ministerial nominations to the regional fisheries boards, particularly as the boards cannot function until the nominations are made. [14298/00]

I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 104 on 12 April 2000 regarding this matter. At present I am considering the candidates which have been nominated for appointment as members of the regional fisheries boards and I will be making my appointments shortly.
