384 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the impossible situation being experienced by a family (details supplied) in County Waterford in relation to school transport; and the measures he will take to rectify the situation immediately. My Department has only recently been made aware that an application for transport has been made in respect of the family referred to by the Deputy. A full report has been requested from Bus Éireann concerning this matter.

On receipt of this report, the Deputy will be advised of the outcome.
