22 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the basis for the transfer of lands in the nature reserve at Glen of the Downs, County Wicklow to the ownership of Wicklow County Council. [10386/00]
The relevant lands in the Glen of the Downs, County Wicklow were transferred by the owner, the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development to Wicklow County Council by deed dated 20 August 1999 with the consent of the Minister for Finance as required by section 6 of the State Property Act, 1954.
