63 Mr. Stanton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment further to Parliamentary Question No. 61 of 4 November 1999, the results of the consultancy exercise commissioned on practices and procedures employed in the Office of the Director of Consumer Affairs; the action, if any, taken as a result; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Director of Consumer Affairs that the tender document has not yet issued for the consultancy exercise in question. She has informed me that she expects to issue it within the next month.
