126 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 199 of 22 February 2000, he has received a response from the South-Eastern Health Board regarding a particular case (details supplied) which is now most urgent and where no reply has been received by Deputy Aylward. Officials of my Department have been in contact with the chief executive officer, South-Eastern Health Board with regard to the case in question.
I understand that the chief executive officer has corresponded directly with the deputy explaining the reason for the delay in replying. I have been assured that a reply will issue to the Deputy in the next few days.
