I am arranging to have the Deputy supplied with a list showing the detailed breakdown of the number of examiners appointed for the 2000 examinations across each examination, subject and level. The figures for any one subject and level may vary up to the day of the examination as appointees who are unable to take up appointment are replaced from reserve lists. The final numbers will, however, be close to those presented.
In order to provide a full and accurate response to the request for other details, application forms for all 3,800 examiners would have to be individually examined again as the details requested are not stored on the computer database. At this busy time in the examination calendar, I could not justify diverting resources that are critical to the successful administration of the examinations to the task of extracting the information requested.
