I propose to take Questions Nos. 58, 64, 77 and 98 together.

As I indicated to the House on 17 May 2000, the following investigations were undertaken into the accident which occurred on 14 February 2000, which resulted in the tragic deaths of Private Declan Deere, Private Brendan Fitzpatrick, Private Matthew Lawlor, and Private John Murphy: UNIFIL board of inquiry; Irish contingent board of inquiry; and Lebanese police inquiry.

The UNIFIL board of inquiry and the Irish contingent board of inquiry have been completed. A copy of the UNIFIL board of inquiry has been requested from the UN and is awaited. The Lebanese police inquiry is still ongoing.
