411 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Par liamentary Question No. 228 of 20 June 2000, he will explain the reason there is an eight month delay in processing an application for residency on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath.
