Ceist:

147 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a speech and language report on a person (details supplied) in County Clare was refused; and the reason this had to be subsequently issued through a child care manager who is not a clinician in the Mid-Western Health Board. [18669/00]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

This is a matter for the Mid-Western Health Board and I have, therefore, referred this matter to the chief executive officer of the Mid-Western Health Board and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
