214 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the current position in relation to a Land Registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18586/00]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this refers to an application for transmission of part which was lodged in the Land Registry on 15 November 1999. I am assured by the Land Registry that this dealing is being expedited and it is expected that it will be completed without delay.
