Written Answers. - Disabled Drivers' Scheme.
I assume that the Deputy is referring to the disabled drivers' and disabled passengers' tax concessions scheme which has been in existence for many years. The terms and conditions governing the current scheme are set out in Statutory Instrument No. 353 of 1994, details of which are available in the Oireachtas Library.
