Written Answers. - Land Registry.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer which was lodged on 21 July 2000. I am further informed that a query issued on 18 October 2000 to the lodging solicitors, and the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved.
It is not possible at this time to estimate a completion date. However, I can assure the Deputy that the Land Registry will do everything possible to expedite the resolution of this application.
