131 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will intervene on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo and have her called immediately for treatment in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin in view of the fact that her condition has deteriorated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The provision of medical treatment in this case is the responsibility of the Eastern Regional Health Authority in the first instance. My Department has asked the chief executive officer to investigate this case and to reply to the Deputy directly.
