144 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children when a psychological assessment will be undertaken in respect of persons (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23803/00]

This is a matter for the South Western Area Health Board of the Eastern Regional Health Authority, ERHA, and I have, therefore, referred this matter to the chief executive officer of the ERHA and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
