324 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if further payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick following a disease breakdown; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24094/00]
This case was recently reviewed by my Department following which it was decided that the herd owner concerned should be paid an additional compensation payment within the current compensation regime over and above the amount already paid in June 2000. The additional payment issued to the person concerned on 3 October. It is not proposed to make a further payment in this case.
