I recently received a copy of the proposal referred to by the Deputy, which is a pre-budget submission sent by the secretary on behalf of the members of the Soroptimist International of Naas, Newbridge and District to my colleague, the Minister for Finance, who has indicated that he will consider the submission in the context of the forthcoming budget.
