411 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will arrange for an inspector to make an early call to a school (details supplied) in County Mayo in respect of producing an up to date report both on enrolment figures and upon facilities available in respect of a claim for appointment of a third teacher; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have asked an inspector from my Department to visit the school in question and to report on the issues raised in your question.

On receipt of the report from the inspector, officials from my Department will correspond directly with the board of management.
