127 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current position regarding the commencement of stage IV of the Listowel regional water supply scheme, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23439/00]

My Department is awaiting revised contract documents from Kerry County Council for this scheme, which has been included in the water services investment programme, 2000-02, to be advanced through planning.
