99 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children when psychological assessment will be offered in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare in respect of his son (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26212/00]

This is a matter for the Eastern Regional Health Authority, ERHA, and I have, therefore, referred this matter to the regional chief executive of the ERHA and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
