I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the draft order entitled ‘Extradition Act, 1965 (Application of Part II) Order, 2000', copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 5 December 2000, be referred to the Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs, in accordance with paragraph (2)(a)(v) of the orders of reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 15 December 2000, send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 79B, and Standing Order 79A(2) shall accordingly apply.
