67 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has received the reports he requested from the Eastern Regional Health Authority regarding a person (details supplied); the findings of the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28935/00]
I refer the Deputy to two previous replies to similar questions, No. 119 of 12 October 2000 and No. 158 of 7 November 2000.
As I explained in the latter reply, no reports are outstanding in respect of this case. As I also mentioned in this reply, a High Court inquiry has been initiated into the case; the inquiry was originally scheduled for 5 December but it has now been postponed to 20 February 2001. Against this background, I do not propose to comment on these reports at present.
