My Department has no medical records in respect of persons in the Mercy Hospital, Cork.
The chief executive officer of the Mercy Hospital has investigated to see if vaccination records of the person named by the Deputy are available, but the information supplied by the Deputy is insufficient to identify the individual records of the person concerned.
I am advised that more accurate detail would be required in order to locate any relevant medical records, and that the Deputy's office has been contacted by the hospital authorities and invited to furnish such information.
