241 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children when the Department of psychiatry of old age at Waterford Regional Hospital will commence operation; the number of staff recruited; when unresolved staffing issues will be addressed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29588/00]

This is a matter for the South Eastern Health Board and I have therefore referred this matter to the chief executive officer of the South Eastern Health Board and have requested him to reply directly to the Deputy.
