262 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if contract documents have yet been received from Kilkenny County Council with regard to the upgrading of a sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and, if so, if he will arrange immediate approval. Contract documents for the Thomastown sewerage scheme have not yet been submitted to my Department by Kilkenny County Council. They will be examined as quickly as possible on receipt.
