368 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 279 of 25 October 2000, his attention has been drawn to the fact that all requested information has been sent to the Land Registry office; the details of any other information requested; when this dealing will be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transmission of part which was lodged in the Land Registry on 21 September 1999.

I am further informed by the Land Registry that this dealing was completed on 7 December 2000.
