I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 10 February 2000. Dealing No. D2000 JS 001333A refers. I am informed that initial queries issued to the lodging solicitor in June and further queries were issued on 1 December 2000. I am further informed that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
