Ceist:374 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will complete a dealing (details supplied) in the Land Registry. [29665/00]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 29 November 1999. Dealing No. D1999 WS010028W refers. I understand that due to their complicated nature, these dealings can take time to process and, accordingly, it is not possible at this time to estimate a completion date.
I am further informed by the Land Registry that queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 16 March 2000 and that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
