257 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received an application in relation to urgent repairs and renovations to a primary school (details supplied) in County Offaly; and if he will ensure and early decision is made. [30027/00]
An application from the board of management for grant aid towards improvement works at the school referred to by the Deputy has been received in my Department. The application is being examined at present in the planning and building unit of my Department and, as soon as this examination is completed, a decision in the matter will issue to the board.
