125 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in the transfer of the lands at Grangegorman, Dublin 7 to the Dublin Institute of Technology; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30265/00]

The lands at Grangegorman are the property of the Eastern Regional Health Authority and I am, therefore, asking the regional chief executive of the authority to reply directly to the Deputy.
